I built a Dalek voice modulator. I ordered some custom PCB’s from designs I found on the Project Dalek site (DVM7), and soldered up the digital/software version. This one uses a Teensy microcontroller and audio board for the audio processing and light controls. I am also going to try the analog/hardware version (Mk5e), but that involves a LOT more soldering (as you can see from the other PCB).

The video may be a bit loud, and not great quality, but it kind of shows the effect. Later I also found out that the tiny/cheap amplifier I was using was actually causing some weird feedback issues. I changed it for a higher quality amplifier, and the voice sounds so much better than what is heard here.
